Fractional Diet

The ration for those who not only possesses will power, but also does not complain of memory. The first is required to hold on on a diet of month ones and a half. The second will help not to get confused with complex system.
In the first 5 days it is necessary to eat each 2 hours. The next 10 days - to eat, as usually, but to confine themselves in flour and sweet. Then - 5 dietday and 10 usual... Sense of alternating that for five days we dump 3-5 kg, and during following ten - we keep the reached weight.

The menu for «dietday»:
7.00 Cups of tea or coffee.
9.00 Grated carrots seasoned with a lemon juice.
11.00 Fruit.
13.00 100 gr. boiled meat or fresh-water fish; a slice of grain bread with a butter.
15.00 Hard boiled egg, or 100 gr. cheese, or 100 gr. cottage cheese.
17.00 Vegetable salad.
19.00 10 features of the dried fruits soaked in hot water.
21.00 Glass of fat-free kefir.
