Low Salt Diet

Salt - the worst enemy not only for joints and our organism, but also for a harmonous figure. Why? At first, salty nutrition always it is eaten more, and secondly, «the white poison» keeps superfluous water(16 mg of salt detain of 1 l in a body of fluid that is equal to 1 "superfluous" kg on scales) in an organism. If exclude chloride of sodium from a ration and to adhere the following rules it is possible to secure an organism against the illnesses bound to love to salt food, and weight to dump (on 2-3 kg for a week). To sit on it it is possible as much as necessary: it provides all vitamins necessary for an organism and nutrients.
Rules:
-Basis of a ration - low-fat meat and fish, low-fat soups, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, a string bean, vegetable marrows, carrots, eggs, cottage cheese. From fluids - tea, coffee and water.
-Bread is not forbidden. But only rye or wheaten, and no more than 200 gr. in day.
-Potatoes, beets, and dairy products should be limited.
-We need to minimize to use of consumption rich, pasta, sweets, grapes, bananas, groats.
-To Exclude from a ration of a pickles, a smoked product, spicy and hot dishes.
-Number of meals should be increased to 4-5 times a day, and the size of portions - reduce by half.
-At last, the main thing - nutrition cannot be salted in no event. It is a little salt (in day no more than 0.25 of teaspoons) can be added in a dish directly ahead of giving on a table.
