Protein Diet

The food constructed on a protein, is very nutrient and it is useful for a figure. For a month it is possible to say goodbye to ease with 4-6 kgs.

Breakfast: an omelette (2 squirrels, 1 yolk), either fat-free cottage cheese, or a glass of milk, kefir.

The second breakfast: 300 gr. chicken breast, fast meat, fish.

Lunch (not less than in 4 hours after the second breakfast): the big portion of fresh salad (cabbage, the Bulgarian pepper, tomatoes, the cucumbers filled with vegetable oil or a lemon juice) and 2 slices of grain bread.

Lunch and dinner: allsorts from your favourite fruit (bananas - there are more 3 pieces, grapes - 300 gr.).
Sugar, flour products, potato - under the strict interdiction. Sweet drinks are excluded. To enhance diet action it is possible, if for half an hour till a breakfast drink a small cup of the cocoa welded on milk with addition 1 teaspoon honey. During the day instead of tea and coffee is better to drink grassy decoction.
