Some diets for a weight loss, allowing to "be indulged" with chocolate, meat and cakes - in a word, with any fat or sweet products - only aggravate a problem.
Think of it.
If you eat less, you, probably, will get rid of fat. While all goes well.
But if you start to dissemble or "play about", that you eat?
Sugar or fat. Chocolate, a cream, cakes, cookies, meat.
