French Diet
Frenchwoman had always been considered a benchmark of style, femininity and charm. And, of course, no figures here was not the case ... Thus read a French menu, diet, calculated to two weeks.
Day One
For breakfast you can drink only black coffee.
Lunch consists of 2 eggs, leaf lettuce and tomatoes.
At dinner, you can afford a piece of cooked lean meat, and leaf lettuce.
Day Two
For breakfast eat crackers and drink a black coffee.
Lunch consists of a piece of boiled meat.
Dinner menu includes ham or cooked sausage without the fat and leaf lettuce.
Day Three
Breakfast: black coffee and crackers.
At lunch you can eat carrots, fried in vegetable oil, tomato, tangerine or orange.
Dinner will consist of 2 eggs, lean sausage, leaf lettuce.
Day four
Breakfast: black coffee, crackers.
Lunch: 1 egg, fresh carrots and cheese.
Dinner: fruit salad and kefir.
Day five
For breakfast eat grated carrots, lemon juice filled.
Lunch consists of boiled fish and tomatoes.
Dinner menu includes a piece of boiled meat.
Day six
Breakfast is served black coffee.
Lunch consists of boiled chicken and leaf lettuce.
At dinner - a piece of boiled meat.
Day seven
Breakfast is only tea.
At lunch you can eat boiled meat and vegetables.
Dinner will consist of lean ham or sausage.
Day eight
Breakfast is served only black coffee.
Lunch consists of two eggs, leaf lettuce and tomatoes.
At dinner you can eat a piece of cooked lean meat, and leaf lettuce.
Day nine
At breakfast - black coffee and crackers.
Lunch consists of boiled meat.
A dinner - boiled ham or sausage without the fat and leaf lettuce
Tenth Day
Breakfast is served black coffee and crackers.
Lunch consists of grilled vegetable oil to carrots, tomatoes, mandarin or orange.
A dinner can eat two eggs, lean sausage and leaf lettuce.
Day of the Eleventh
Breakfast: black coffee and crackers.
Lunch: 1 egg, fresh carrots and cheese.
Dinner: fruit salad and kefir.
Twelfth Day
For breakfast you can eat grated carrots with lemon juice.
Lunch consists of boiled fish and tomatoes.
Dinner - this is a piece of boiled meat.
Day of the thirteenth
Breakfast consists only of cups of black coffee.
At dinner served boiled chicken and leaf lettuce.
And dinner consists of a piece of cooked lean meat.
Day last
At breakfast - only tea.
At lunch you can eat boiled meat and vegetables.
And dinner would consist of lean ham or sausage
During the diet you can drink only boiled or mineral water.
Repeat diet can be every six months.
