«Soup» Diet
This is a simple diet (it is used in the Maya Clinic in Minnesota, where patients are urgently needed to shed weight before the operation), in which - soup, «burn» 4,6 to 7,9 (!) kilograms per week.
Soup prepares absolutely simply. 6 average bulbuses, some tomatoes, 1 small head of cabbage, 2 green Bulgarian pepper we cut on small and average cubes, we fill in with water, we add a cube, salt, pepper or sauce to taste. We boil 10 minutes and then we cook on slow fire until vegetables will not soften.
Day 1. Soup, fruit (all but no bananas). Unsweetened tea, coffee, simple water.
Day 2. Soup, vegetables (except a green peas, corn, fabaceous and dried vegetables). A lot of water.
Day 3. Soup, fruit and vegetables. A lot of water. By the end of 3rd day on the average it is possible to dump two-three kgs.
Day 4. Soup, fruit, vegetables. It is possible to afford milk and bananas (no more than 3!).
Day 5. Soup, beef, tomatoes. 6-8 glasses of water.
Day 6. Soup, beef (200-500 gramme), sheet vegetables. Water.
Day 7. Soup, unpolished rice, fruit juice, vegetables.
5 key rules of a "soup" diet:
1. There is this wonderful soup it is necessary daily both so often and so much as you would like. The more it eat, the grow thin more.
2. Eat those products which are recommended by a diet, and those days in which it is necessary to eat them.
3. During a diet refuse alcohol completely. To descend from a diet it is necessary, at least, 24 hours prior to alcohol acceptance.
4. If within a week you have lost more than 7 kg, make a rest for 2 days.
5. To resort to a diet it is possible so often as you would like. But be not overzealous!
